AV Next are brilliant!

I wanted a specific screen for my home theatre room (Elite Screen) and had been calling multiple companies—multiple times—because the screen was extremely difficult to get. Some companies were offering all sorts of substandard alternatives, while others seemed happy to take my money first and worry about supply later.

I came across AV NEXT and completed their contact form in desperation and without any real expectations. But I actually got a phone call from a real person! Kethan was polite and personable, understood exactly what I wanted, understood the supply situation and, without asking for any commitment or guarantees from me, set about finding my screen.

And he found it! The last one available in Australia for the next few months.

Kethan organised the delivery, worked everything within my budget and kept me informed throughout. I was even straight up with him and asked if he was scamming me :-) Kethan promptly sent me his LinkedIn profile.

While AV NEXT is a relatively new company, Kethan has been around the industry for a while. He knows his stuff and, importantly, has the network and contacts to get things done.

I highly recommend AV NEXT. Great service, genuine communication and someone who actually went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something else.
