Returns & Warranty Policy

 

We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damages on Delivery

  • All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
  • For minor box damage, take clear photos and notify us on the same day at info@avnext.com.au.
  • For severe carton damage, do not accept the delivery. Take photos of the damage and send them to us immediately so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
  • Claims submitted without photos, or submitted after the day of delivery, may not be accepted.

Product Issues / Faults

All products include a standard manufacturer warranty (1–5 years depending on the vendor).

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, email info@avnext.com.au with:

  • A short video clearly showing the issue
  • A few clear photos
  • Your proof of purchase (required for all claims)

Once received, we will assess the issue and advise the best solution based on the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Warranty claims may be rejected if:

  • No proof of purchase is provided
  • Damage is caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or physical damage not covered by warranty
  • The issue cannot be demonstrated in the video/photos provided

 

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your receipt or invoice.

Warranty claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
